Now I'd like to add my two cents. Dr. Jaliman concurred with the Times article that large breasts do tend to flop down during sleep, especially if you sleep on your side.
My suggestion for that is to learn to sleep on your back, which will also help ward off facial wrinkles. The About Face Wrinkle Prevention Pillow taught me how to stay on my back during sleep.
