I may be crazy, though I hope not. There is just so much going on in the field of anti-aging that a three-times-a-week blog simply can’t cover enough.
Starting today, I will be blogging here six days a week – with Saturdays off for a day of rest. Sunday will now regularly carry the Foodie Blogger Roundup (which used to alternate between Sunday and Monday).
I didn’t want to drop out of the Foodie Blogger Group which has turned out to be a lot of fun and quite informational. Though not all of the Foodie Blogger links are strictly anti-aging or health-related, as is Ageless Beauty, one of my favorite eating mantras is “Everything in moderation”. I also like the saying, “Variety is the spice of life”.
I may have to give up a couple of hours sleep to fit all this in (lol); but then, maybe not. My head and desktop are just overflowing with recent developments in the field of anti-aging – from color science to help us appear younger to genome research which is actually yielding ways to slow the aging process and give us a better quality of life as we age.
If I pour these developments out into my blog when I first learn of them, I won’t have to carry them around in my head (or on my conscience) for so long. We’ll see how it goes. I would appreciate any feedback from you, dear readers.
