I just finished updating my Top Ten Cellulite Treatment Products for 2009. Some are so good that they have survived the cut two years in a row. Some have been bumped for newer more effective treatments. You’ll find products to fit any budget. You’ll also find two products that have won Shape and Natural Beauty magazine awards.
My second selection has the honor of having won both the above awards, in addition to being within almost anyone’s budget.
Number 8 won the Shape of Beauty Award and, while more expensive, is a whole-body approach to treating cellulite from the inside-out and the outside-in.
Number 10 is an interesting dual-purpose product that gets raves in user reviews on many sites, as well as frequently being selected as editors’ picks.
My criteria for an effective anti-cellulite cream remain the same. It should have: temporary tighteners (such as starches, astringents and anti-edema ingredients); the best moisturizing ingredient to temporarily plump the skin; and the most advanced peptides available (to restore collagen and plump out the bumps “permanently”).
I strive to update my product pick lists at least once a year. You may know that I recently finished my Top Ten and Affordable Top Ten anti-aging products. My next task is to complete my annual review of the anti-aging breakthroughs of the prior year.
Last year, it was The Best 7 of 2007. This year, I am aiming for The Best 8 of 2008. I wonder how long I can keep the progression going ;-)
